Detailed Description

Exchange Throttling Policy Creation

To create a throttling policy in Exchange 2010

  • Run Microsoft Exchange Management Shell.

[PS] C:\Program Files\Simply Migrate> New-ThrottlingPolicy SimplyMigratePolicy
<< Throttling Policy Settings displayed here >>

The above command will create a new throttling policy named SimplyMigratePolicy.
We need to modify the actual policy settings. This command is long, so we have exposed in in two ways. Here as clear text, and also how it will look in the command line, we’re nice like that.

[PS] C:\Program Files\Simply Migrate> Set-ThrottlingPolicy SimplyMigratePolicy -RCAMaxConcurrency $null -RCAPercentTimeInAD $null -RCAPercentTimeInCAS $null -RCAPercentTimeInMailboxRPC $null -EWSMaxConcurrency $null -EWSPercentTimeInAD $null -EWSPercentTimeInCAS $null -EWSPercentTimeInMailboxRPC $null -EWSMaxSubscriptions $null -EWSFastSearchTimeoutInSeconds $null -EWSFindCountLimit $null
